It's important to me that you feel fully relaxed while enjoying your Cocoon Aromatherapy treatment and to ensure this I am following the stringent guidelines of the IFPA, my professional governing body.

To minimise face to face contact time I will do all consultations by phone in advance of your treatment, usually the day before I see you.

 

I will be wearing PPE at all times.

 

I leave an adequate gap between clients to aerate the treatment room and ensure all surfaces in the room and especially the treatment couch are thoroughly cleaned and sanitised before the next client arrives.

I would ask you to observe the following protocols when visiting the clinic:

Please wear a face mask at all times in the clinic and during your treatment.

Please bring a water bottle.

Please arrive on time, not early, for your treatment. I will greet you, invite you to wash your hands and lead you straight to your treatment room to minimise any crossover with another therapist or client.
